Terms of Service

1. The Platform

BoothLoader is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables exhibiting companies to capture leads at trade shows, conferences, and events through interactive booth activities, including games and demos. BoothLoader is operated by BoothLoader Ltd., governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using BoothLoader, you (the Customer, i.e. the exhibiting company) agree that:

  • You are the data controller responsible for lawful collection of personal data from your attendees under applicable privacy law, including GDPR where applicable.
  • You will provide a compliant privacy notice to attendees before or at the point of data collection.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use, store, or share leads exported from BoothLoader.
  • You will not use BoothLoader to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to captured leads.
  • You will not configure booth activities in a misleading manner that deceives attendees about how their data will be used.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use BoothLoader to:

  • Collect data for purposes other than legitimate booth activities at authorized events
  • Circumvent platform access controls or attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data
  • Upload malicious files or content through branding or configuration features
  • Abuse the platform in ways that degrade service for other users

4. BoothLoader's Role

BoothLoader provides the technology platform and acts as a data processor on your behalf. BoothLoader is not responsible for the content of booth activities, the manner in which leads are collected, or how Customers choose to use collected data after export.

5. Account Suspension

BoothLoader reserves the right to suspend or terminate Customer accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable before suspension, except in cases of immediate harm or legal obligation.

6. Service Availability

BoothLoader is currently in beta. Service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and data may be reset during the beta period. Refer to our Beta Program page for details.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BoothLoader after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account holder.
