GDPR-Ready Consent at Every Booth Interaction

GDPR-Ready Consent at Every Booth Interaction

Capturing leads at a conference means collecting personal data. That means GDPR, CCPA, and whatever your legal team wants in writing. BoothLoader now handles this end to end.

Upload Your Privacy Policy, Per Activity

Every activity in BoothLoader now supports an attached privacy policy. Upload your policy as a PDF directly from the activity settings. BoothLoader stores it and serves it to attendees at the point of consent.

You can run different policies for different activities: your demo activity might use a lightweight data collection notice, while your game activity references a full marketing consent agreement. Each activity carries its own policy independently.

Consent Captured on Every Lead

When an activity has a policy attached, attendees see a consent checkbox before submitting their contact information. The checkbox links directly to your policy document. They cannot submit without checking it.

The acceptance is recorded on the lead record: which policy version was shown, and when the attendee consented. Every lead in your dashboard is now a consented lead.

A Full Audit Trail

Your legal and compliance teams can verify consent at any time. The policy ID is stored alongside the lead, so you always know exactly which version of your policy a specific attendee agreed to. If you update your policy, new leads reference the new version. Old leads retain their original consent record.

System-Wide Legal Pages

BoothLoader also ships with system-level legal pages: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and Accessibility statement. These live at /privacy, /terms, /cookies, and /accessibility. A cookie consent banner handles browser-level preferences for marketing and analytics cookies.

Conference lead capture should not require a lawyer to clean up afterward. Sign up at BoothLoader and run your first event with consent built in.
